Online Training Library®(Multi-User Program)

The Online Training Library® (Multi-User Program) is an online application that lets a single administrator manage a group of Online Training Library® subscriptions. This program is ideal for any institution that would like to offer Online Training Library® access to a group of 5 or more users at a discounted rate. The Multi-User Program administrator will have access to a series of reports that track individual account usage.

Some key benefits of this program include:

• The ability to assign and reassign accounts, as needed, to an unlimited number of users. This maximizes your ability to use the Online Training Library® for the one-year term across multiple users.
• Comprehensive reporting and graphing that tracks usage per account and offers other statistical data such as most viewed titles, total usage by all users, and much more.
• Discounts on bulk subscriptions to the Online Training Library®. You can earn up to a 50% discount by purchasing subscriptions in bulk.

Program Requirements

In order to ensure you have the best possible experience with this program, we recommend the following:

A minimum Internet connection speed of 1 Mb/s per person using the Online Training Library® at the same time, from the same location. For example, if you expect to have three people watching movies at the same time in your office, you should have at least 3 Mb/s of bandwidth available. This allows for about a 128kb/s download per person.

If you expect to use more than 3-5 concurrent connections to the Online Training Library® from one location, please contact lynda.com to help ensure that you’ll have enough bandwidth to ensure an optimal viewing experience.
